Plumbing & Electrical Courses
Access to Plumbing Level 2

This course provides the practical skills and underpinning knowledge to allow you to progress into the plumbing industry. It covers several modules including:Health and safety
Key plumbing principles
Common plumbing processes
Cold water systems
Domestic hot water systems
Sanitation systems
Central heating systems (pipework only)
Electrical supply and earth continuity
Sheet lead weathering
Environmental awareness in plumbing
Effective working relationships in the plumbing industry
Functional skills in English and maths are a key part of the course.
Workshop assessments will be carried out at College.
Entry Requirements:
All applicants will be interviewed and pass an entrance test.Career Options:
