Rebecca
BTEC Level 3 in Travel & Tourism
Before Rebecca Weeks finished her Level 3 course in Travel and Tourism in Dover, she had two jobs to choose from, one as cabin crew for the airline company Easyjet, the other joining Thomas Cook in Hastings. Rebecca spoke to her tutor before choosing Thomas Cook, a role which should lead to other careers such as cabin crew and working in resorts abroad. “The course was really good, very practical; I was well prepared for the interview” she said. With the cruise ship terminal, cross-channel ferries, the Channel Tunnel and the Eurostar stop, and located next door to continental Europe, is there a better place in Kent to study Travel and Tourism?
