Gym Instructing - Certificate (Active IQ) Level 2
Course Code: 1672
Duration : 20 weeksThis course can lead to work as a gym instructor or personal trainer and
enables entry into R.E.P. (Register of Exercise Professionals).
The course
includes:
- Designing programmes focusing on individual client needs specific to their age, weight, etc.
- Developing social skills
- Dealing with a wide range of clients goals from sports specific to lifestyle requirements
- Health and safety
- Anatomy and physiology
You will be assessed continually throughout the programme and will
take an anatomy and physiology exam.
Entry Requirements:
You will have some relevant experience in a gymnasium environment and the ability to work atLevel 2 or higher. All applicants will be
interviewed.
Career Options:
