Troi

BTEC Level 3 Sports and Exercise Science

Troi didn’t like school and left before taking his GCSEs. He joined the College’s New Start group and then chose to progress onto the BTEC Level 1 in Sport and Leisure. Commenting on his decision Troi said: “I hit it off straight away. There is such a good atmosphere, it’s a very good group, I love it and I’ve learned lots. At College we get involved in all kinds of sports, including some we would never have thought of, and actually, we enjoy them very much. Here age or abilities don’t matter. People mix and it’s something I really like.” Troi did so well on his course that he was been accepted straight onto the BTEC Level 3 (equivalent to 3 A-Levels) at the end of which he plans to apply for university.
