Course Aims
On completion of the training, successful candidates will have refreshed and updated their knowledge and understanding of knowing how to address dilemmas that may arise between an individuals rights and the duty of care and know how to recognise and handle adverse events, incidents, errors and near misses.

Entry Requirements:
For those working in Health & Social care who have previously attended training in both subjects and require an update/refresherAttending two half-day Refresher courses in one day is a cost effective way of updating skills
This course can be on the same day as Autism Awareness
