On completion of the training, successful candidates will have updated/refreshed their knowledge and understanding of knowing how to address dilemmas that may arise between an individuals rights and the duty of care and know how to recognise and handle adverse events, incidents, errors and near misses.

Entry Requirements:
For those working in Health & Social Care who have previously done training in this subject and require an update/refresher.This course can be done on the same day as the DEMENTIA AWARENESS Refresher.
