Duration : 1 yearThis course provides an introduction to electronics that will allow you to develop the skills and knowledge needed to progress to Level 2 and, in turn, Level 3.
The content and structure of this course has been developed to provide a broad-based introduction to the practices and processes of electronics
and develops the personal skills and attributes that you need in order to build confidence in your ability to work, learn and achieve your full potential at Level 1 and progress to higher levels.
Functional skills in English, maths and ICT are a key part of this course.
Entry Requirements:
You need at least four GCSEs at grade D or above or a relevant Level 1 at Merit or Distinction as well as an appropriate standard of literacy and numeracy and related interests.Career Options:
