This course is an entry point and introduction to those new to teaching and training, or those wishing to teach or train.
It is the appropriate qualification for those seeking a stepping stone to qualifications that entitle them to teach in either an associate or full teaching role.
You should possess a good level of spoken and written English (GCSE grade C and above or L2).

Content includes the nuts and bolts of basic teaching practice:
- The value of ice-breakers
- Barriers to learning/learning style
- Teaching and learning methods/roles responsibilities and boundaries of a teacher
- Assessment methods and record-keeping
- Lesson planning
- Schemes of work
- Resources and a micro-teach
The course cost is 370. (300 tuition /70 reg/cert)
