Duration : 1 yearThe course consists of basic cake decorating techniques including sugar craft work and royal ice decorating with material such as marzipan, lacework, flowers, decorations, etc. Students will learn through demonstration and practical work and will gain an understanding of the working with different types of materials involved in basic cake decorating and design, the equipment used, hygiene and health and safety.
