This course provides the opportunity to further develop professional food preparation and supervisory techniques to an advanced level.The course covers:
Establish and develop positive working relationships in hospitality
Risk assessments and minimising risk of accidents in the workplace
Prepare and cook complex dishes, including fish, poultry, soups, sauces, vegetables and desserts
CIEH Intermediate Food Safety Certificate
Please note that you will be required to purchase equipment and clothing from an external supplier for this course.
Entry Requirements:
Applicants must be employed in an appropriate setting within the industry - for a minimum of 16 hours per week.t.Career Options:
