Duration : 1 yearThis course can lead to employment in professional catering, e.g. hotels, restaurants and pubs, and consists of a hands-on introduction to methods of cooking and basic food hygiene within
a real working kitchen.
Functional skills of English, maths and ICT are a key part of this course.
You will be assessed by observation of competence, coursework and a portfolio.
Please note that you will be required to purchase equipment and clothing from an external supplier for this course.
Entry Requirements:
