L3 Certificate in Stone Therapy Massage

Duration : 16 WeeksThis course will provide you with the necessary theory and practical knowledge in order to carry out stone therapy treatments using hot and cold stones.
Course content:
Application of stone therapy massage, client care and communication, anatomy and physiology, health and safety.
Assessment:
Continual practical assessment throughout the course on paying clients. In addition you will need to complete written assignments and a test and put together a portfolio of evidence.Additional information:
You will need to purchase a uniform and appropriate footwear. The college will advertise for external clients but paying clients may need to be bought in by students. Students will also be expected to carry out home study tasks (practical and theory).
Entry Requirements:
You need to have a L3 Body Massage qualification, good communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation.
