Psychology A2 Level (OCR)

Psychology is a relatively new subject, little more than one hundred years old. It has changed considerably since its beginning, and is now widely considered to be a scientific subject, as it makes use of scientific methods in investigating human behaviour and thought processes. It is now a very broad subject, and covers all areas of human experience.A2 Psychology has 3 modules:
1. Research report
2. and 3. Two specialist choice modules from: Psychology and Education, Psychology and Health, Psychology and Organisations and Psychology and Crime. All students will study the same two modules.
A2 Psychology is assessed by two examined modules and one coursework module, with an opportunity to take examinations in January and June.
Trips and Visits: You will have the opportunity to attend a Psychology Revision Conference in London during the Spring Term.
