This course is designed to prepare students for a technical and professional role in the workplace appropriate to their personal career aims. You will develop industry - specific and transferable skills enabling you to successfully manage situations and problems of a technical, social and industrial nature. You will study a range of core and optinal units and will undertake a group project.

The course provides a path to professional status in the construction industry. Successful completion may qualify you for membership of professional bodies in the construction industry.

Following successful completion, you can progress onto relevant higher level qualifications, such as the Foundation Degree in Construction at the College, or seek employment/career progression within the construction industry.

Entry Requirements:

You should have a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Building Studies or a related subject. You will also need to be emplyed in the construction industry.
All fees are payable to K College on registration.
