This area of the department offers courses that specifically support the training needs of those who are either already in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry or who wish to progress from either a craft background or from a more academic school education.

Courses are offered at both the Tonbridge and Ashford campuses and can be studied part or full time from level 3 up to a  foundation degree level. Part time technician apprenticeships are offered and are becoming a very popular alternative to more traditional routes into junior and middle management roles.
