James Hicks is Finance Director for Frankis Solutions Ltd a construction company based in Kent. His job combines detailed financial management and top level strategy for the business. Working with banks, venture capital parteners and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining the day to day fiscal operations of the business.

Previous to the role, James was Finance Director for Teachers.tv, the media channnel and website for the schools workforce, its aim being to enhance the quality and standard of teaching in England thorough the use of video. At its peak it was maintaining a record of 80% of the teaching workforce visiting its service on a termly basis.

James is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
